Leadership.
The Reformation Centre is led by a Governing Council, composed of seasoned, proven and tested Elders who oversee the administration and planning of the church's activities, together with a Leadership Council that executes and carries out the day-to-day work of ministry — both within Reformation Centre and within our wider CongressWBN context. Both teams are led by Paul Oluseyi Ogedengbe, the Senior Elder.
Paul is the GCL Coordinator of CongressWBN in the English-speaking West Africa sub-region, overseeing the growth and development of CongressWBN sectors, including the Kingdom Community Network of churches across the region. He is also the Coordinating Minister of The Lord Reigns Ministries. He is committed to training, equipping and activating the saints for effective lifestyle and performance of God's purposes in the earth, and desires to see the body of Christ rise up in power, shake the nations, and fill the earth with God's glory before the Lord's return.
Paul is also the Senior Partner of Empower Consulting & Training Limited, a leadership development organisation focused on building ethical values into business, and serves as a professional negotiator and mediator. He is married to Adeola, and they are blessed with three daughters.

CongressWBN is a global, faith-based organisation effecting human, social and national transformation through the propagation of value-based principles, patterns and approaches. It is composed of eight sectors of strategic operation spanning professional groups, educational institutions, churches, businesses, individual national leaders and university students, active on every continent and in over 110 nations. CongressWBN is founded and led by Dr. Noel Woodroffe and an apostolic team called the Core Leadership Council. The Reformation Centre serves as a regional core centre of CongressWBN.
The Lord Reigns Ministries is a Christian organisation specifically commissioned to prepare the way for the coming of the Lord — to train, equip and prepare the saints for service in the Kingdom. The Reformation Centre is the church arm of The Lord Reigns Ministries, whose other activities include the School of Developing Prophetic Gifts, The Lord Reigns Publishing, and Faith for Scotland — a non-denominational prophetic prayer gathering of ministers and believers across the nation of Scotland.
